Springfield Farm, situated in Linderöd in the south of Sweden has been our base for the last 30 years.

The Zetterman family has always been well known for running their horse commerce very successfully here and many championship horses has been sold and produced out of Springfield Farm. Aisling and Royne Zetterman moved to Springfield Farm back in 1987 and founded Sprigfield Showjumpers.

Today the farm is run by Alexander together with Aisling with a number of 12-15 quality horses in training. Alexander mainly focuses on the sport and chooses to educate and produce top young horses to the highest level. He also offers trainings and clinics both at home and away.

The farm is situated one hour from Copenhagen airport, which makes it easy for clients to get to and it’s close to the Europeean continent which is the heart of the major show jumping competitions.

Why Riding is much more than just a sport

All my life I have trained, studied and modeled the very best of my industry and other industries. By using what I have and what I’ve created, I’m achieving more and more goals and getting closer and closer to the top of the sport. But no matter how corny it sounds, if you want to be the best, you really have to believe that the sky is the limit! It’s like trying to imagine that the universe really is eternal! Because it doesn’t matter how much you have achieved, it seems you will never have enough, be good enough or perfect enough. It’s a never ending process. Medals, money and trophies are material, but it’s the road to success that really counts and gives you fulfillment.

Everyday I’m out there improving and innovating to achieve my goals and visions. I’m improving my riding, getting better horses, growing my business, getting owners, getting endorsements, empowering my team, improving my fitness, improving my mental strength, researching what’s be best food, what’s the best training system etc. to get to the top of my sport.

”Success is not about your resources, it’s about how resourceful you are with what you have”

– Tony Robbins

Competition is good for you and helps you push yourself further, but in the end, it’s gotta be about you because you can always be better than you were yesterday, regardless of what your competitors do or what anyone has ever done before you.

Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time and man of many, many records said; ”I always wanted to be the first Michael Phelps”.

For the sport of showjumping I believe the future is bright and I would like to bring it to where it becomes worldwide known. Imagine if showjumping riders were worldwide household names, imagine if showjumping was broadcasted on NBC, imagine if CNN showed highlights from major competitions, imagine if riders got million dollar endorsements… That’s something I’ve always envisioned and a vision I hope will be a reality one day”
